School Transition Information Day will be held in conjunction with Disbility Action Week.
An information day for Parents and Students, living with disability and wondering about life after school.
Service Providers and Government Agencies will display resources, answer questions and provide information about the processes and suppors for young people movinig from school to the adult community. Learn more about:
