At another network meeting this morning, MyAged Care and Consumer Directed Care was discussed. It is commonly known that as from 1st July’15 the package options for seniors changed. Consumer now have the right to choose their provider.
We all need to be strong and let the team from MyAged Care understand who YOU want to choose for your service provision. There are many wonderful local small providers of quality service in our community, you do not have to select a big group to satisfy your needs. If you are wanting assistance with showering in the morning, don’t accept a service that tells you we can only get there at 3pm. Look elsewhere.
